Our 2023-2024 season begins the week of September 18, 2023. We are excited to see you on the pool deck.

Please complete a separate registration form for each swimmer.

You will need your swimmer's Health Card number with expiry date to complete this form.

You must submit this completed form, and the Swim Canada (SNC) registration and Assumption of Risk online forms, and SNC/SwimPEI fees before your swimmer may enter the water. SNC forms online forms will be sent to you separately.
