*COOK FOR SOS BANGKOK*

Who can cook: Anyone can cook. You can invite your family and friend to do this good cause together at your kitchen. Please note, all expense is on the participants. SOS can only take care of the distribution to community process.
Deliver to: The food must be delivered to FREC Building. (https://goo.gl/maps/gHtXBLRi4S54wFxS8)
Delivery date & time: Acceptable from Monday to Friday, 12.00 PM to 4.00 PM
Quantity of Food: We don't set minimum quantity, you can cook as many serve as you want. However, we do have a monthly goal!
Packaging: The food container must be biodegradable type only. Recommendation is 1 serve per 1 box for safe and easy distribution.
Suggested menu: Preferably Thai local food, easy to cook food, non-sensitive food, nutritious food

Covid-19 Safety Instruction

- Wear a face mask at all times
- Wash your hands with soap and alcohol gel
- Use clean equipment for cooking
- Do not cook if you have a fever
- Keep your social distancing at all time

Household Food Safety Hygiene

- Personal hygiene
- Always maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area and equipment
- Always wear gloves and using serving spoon on ready to eat food
- Wash hands after using the toilet
- Do not handle food if you are sick
- Food always stays covered in appropriate container

โครงการปรุงรักษ์  SOS Bangkok

ใครที่สามารถเข้าร่วมปรุงรักษ์ได้บ้าง: ทุกคนที่ทำอาหารได้และพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือสังคมไปกับเรา  คุณสามารถชวนครอบครัวและเพื่อนมาช่วยกันทำอาหารที่ครัวของคุณ    ค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดเช่นค่าวัตุดิบและค่าขนส่งอาหารที่ปรุงแล้วมาที่ตึก FREC เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ  SOS จะช่วยนำอาหารไปส่งต่อให้ชุมชนที่ขาดแคลนเท่านั้น
อาหารปรุงเสร็จแล้วต้องส่งไปที่ไหน: เมื่อคุณทำอาหารและบรรจุลงในกล่องแล้ว กรุณาส่งมาที่ตึก FREC (https://goo.gl/maps/gHtXBLRi4S54wFxS8)
วันและเวลาในการส่งอาหาร: วันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ เวลาเที่ยง ถึง 4 โมงเย็น   หลังจากนั้นอาหารจะถูกส่งต่อให้กับชุมชนในวันเดียวกันโดย SOS
ปริมาณของอาหาร: เราไม่มีการจำกัดจำนวนขั้นต่ำ คุณสามารถทำกี่กล่องก็ได้ต่อครั้ง เพียงแต่เรามีเป้าหมายที่ต้องการส่งมอบให้ชุมชนในแต่ละเดือน
บรรจุภัณฑ์: กล่องอาหารที่ทำจากวัสดุย่อยสลายได้ (1 มื้อ ต่อ 1 กล่อง) เพื่อความปลอดภัยและง่ายต่อการส่งต่อให้ชุมชน
เมนูแนะนำ:  เช่น อาหารไทยง่ายๆ, อาหารที่ปรุงง่ายๆ, อาหารที่ไม่เสียง่าย, อาหารที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ

มาตรการป้องกันโควิด-19
- ใส่มาส์กตลอดเวลา
- ล้างมือด้วยสบู่และเจลแอลกอฮอล์
- ใช้ภาชนะที่สะอาดในการปรุงและบรรจุอาหาร
- ถ้าคุณมีอาการไม่สบาย หรือเป็นไข้ กรุณาอย่าทำอาหาร
- รักษาระยะห่าง

ข้อพึงปฏิบัติ
- รักษาสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคล
- รักษาความสะอาดตลอดช่วงเวลาการเตรียมอาหาร ทั้งพื้นที่และเครื่องครัว
- ใส่ถุงมือตลอดเวลาและใช้ทัพพีตักอาหาร
- ล้างมือทุกครั้งหลังจากเข้าห้องน้ำ
- ห้ามทำอาหารถ้าคุณป่วย
- อาหารต้องอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์อย่่างถูกต้อง
