Texas Showdown 2023 Artist Alley & Vendor Application
If you wish to have a booth for Texas Showdown 2023, this form is for you!  
We appreciate your interest in being a part of Texas Showdown Championship as either an artist in our Artist Alley or a Vendor, which is held in Houston, TX from April 21-23, 2023.

As we're one of the longest running FGC events, we generally recommend gearing some of your merchandise towards fighting games as it'll generally be what the attendee will be looking for, but is never limited to anything anime or pop culture related.

Note: Currently we have space for up to 24 Vendor tables at Texas Showdown 2023 with our current floor plan.

Applications are currently closed! This is to allow time for our selected artists plan their travel out to our event accordingly, and all applicants will be notified whether or not they are accepted. Priority to those  table spots are based on a "First Come, First Serve" basis - Space may not be held for anyone until they have completed the form AND paid in-full.

Our sales and marketing team will contact you about pricing (as it varies a bit between Artists and Vendors) and the appropriate information regarding that some time after form submission.

What comes with each table at Texas Showdown 2023:
- 1x 2.5 ft x 8 ft table
- 2 chairs
- 2 badges for helpers (they are considered to be similar to Spectator Badges and would need to get Competitor Badges to enter in any tournaments through start.gg/txs23)
- Power outlets (upon request and/or if needed)
- Table cloths

Wire frames and custom setups are generally welcome, so long as it fits within your area and is no taller than 10 ft. - again, we will always work as best we can to accommodate for you. Additionally, specific dimensions will try to be honored, but ultimately are at the mercy of the venue itself in terms of exact space, etc.

Any forms submitted from February 12th and onward will be put on a wait list unless we contact you.

Additionally, setup at the event will generally occur after 12pm on April 20, 2023 (pending on when the hotel lets TXS setup on Thursday - I will notify ahead of time).
