The Grand French Wine and Cheese Tour
Join us this Saturday, July 2, at 6pm at Society Lounge in Makati as we explore the wines of Provence & Languedoc-Roussillon paired with French cheeses and other regional specialties for an interactive tasting experience.

Surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, Provence is known as the capital of the world for Rosé wines while Languedoc-Roussillon is the cradle of winemaking culture in France. Today, Languedoc-Roussillon is the largest producing and also the most dynamic French wine region with various native grape varieties.

For the 5th edition of our Grand French Wine and Cheese Tour, we will experience 5 different types of wines produced in this area from authentic blend and grape varieties, such as the native Grenache. We will also enjoy a delicious selection of traditional French cheeses and other specialties to be paired with the wines.

Maison Antech, AOC Crémant de Limoux
(Sparkling White Wine; Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac)
Paired with Banon (Goat's Milk Cheese) and Apricot Jam

Domaine de Nizas Blanc 2020, AOC Languedoc
(Dry White Wine; Viognier, Rolle, Roussanne)
Paired with Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato Caviar

3)
La Mule Rosé 2021, Vin de Provence
(Rosé Wine; Tannat, Grenache, Cinsaut)
Paired with Rouleau de Provence (Goat's Milk Cheese) and Mango Passion Jam

4)
Cuvée des Ardoises 2018, AOC Fitou
(Red Wine; Syrah, Grenache, Carignan)
Paired with Homemade Olive Tapenade

5)
Domaine de Nizas 2013 Rouge, AOC Languedoc
(Red Wine; Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre)
Paired with Bleu de Provence (Sheep's Milk Cheese) and Fig Jam
