A+ Enrollment & Agreement Form
This form serves as the online Rockwood School District A+ Schools Program Digital Agreement for ROCKWOOD SUMMIT HIGH SCHOOL.  In addition to completing this form you must read and agree to the conditions outlined in the Rockwood School District A+ Schools Program Handbook, your application will not be processed until you confirm that you have done so.

Enrollment deadline is January 31st of Senior Year.
