Cancellation List Form
Please enter the details required to be added to our waiting list. We have a cancellation list for 2024 which has parents placed on since 2021. We are fully booked so the cancellation list will be contacted if a child booked in cancels their place.
We also have a cancellation list for September 2025 and are currently not taking bookings for beyond. Our list is for all age groups, if a place becomes available in a particular age for example Wobbler (1year-2year) the first child of this age group will get contacted for the place. They will be given a week to book the place thereafter the place will be offered to the next child in that age group. Due to the ratio required in the rooms only places who can go into the age group of the child leaving will be offered the place. With the current child care crisis - due staffing constraints and funding we can not currently guarantee we will be able to offer any places off the list. If children leave or the situation changes we will be in touch with parents who are on top of the list. The last places were off this list were in June 2023 for the September start date - these children had been on the list two years. We are currently due to the demands in the groups and staffing at capacity for September 2024.

Thank you for filling out the Cancellation List; as of April 2024 our waiting list has 280 people on it.  Some of these families have been on the list since 2021.  Please note being on this  list does not guarantee your place, our capacity is beyond our cancellation list and our priority is the safe and happy running for the children in our care. We offer places to families currently expecting babies who are currently attending the creche as priority, after this if places are available we take the names from waiting list. The place available will be based on age group where we have spaces and the person on the list longest. This may result in younger children longer on the list getting first place based on the age group available. We will be in touch with you annually to check you still want a place on the cancellation list, beyond this we only reply to queries by email as soon as we can. We are only able to offer places for afterschool for children who previously attended our service. We do not have a waiting list for Afterschool.
