2021 Annual General Meeting Proxy Vote
Under the recently introduced By-Law-06 : Proxies, any member whose attendance contributes towards quorum (standard or affiliate member) may appoint a Standard Member as their proxy to vote and speak on their behalf at the Meeting.

Key points:
- A person may only ever hold a maximum of three votes
- The Chair may not hold a proxy vote
- A delegator may attach conditions to the creation of a proxy vote other than directing the proxy to vote in line with another person's vote
- A proxy may be created by oral direction at the Meeting
