Programme Highlights

Outdoor water activities have become more and more popular in Hong Kong these years. Yet, increased popularity also increases the burden received by our precious ocean. Irresponsible activities such as stepping on corals and throwing waste into the sea threaten the resilience of our ocean, thus making it more vulnerable to adverse conditions. Therefore, this event aims to promote marine and coastal protection awareness by teaching participants responsible snorkelling behaviours and undergoing beach cleaning to reduce water trash at Sai Kung, Hong Kong.
