Hello and thank you for your interest in participating in Saigon Outcast's upcoming Beer Fest!
We are seeking food and drink vendors that offer unique and high-quality products that will complement the festival's atmosphere. We are looking for vendors who can provide a wide variety of beer and food options, including vegetarian and vegan options. We also prefer vendors who are environmentally conscious and use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
The beer festival is a two-day event held on August 12. We expect a large turnout for both days, with attendees eager to try a variety of beers and food options.
The fee for vendors is 3,500,000.00 plus deposit.ย Payment is due in full by bank transfer before the event. We only accept payment byย bank transfer.
Conclusion:
We encourage all interested vendors to apply as soon as possible, as space is limited. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products to a large and diverse audience. We are excited to work with you and make this year's beer festival a huge success!

VENDOR FEES:
Space: 1 booth = 2.4m x 2m
Including: 2 tables, table cloths (optional), 4 chairs, 1 power outlet per vendor, and marketing.ย
Price: 3,500,000.00 VND
Deposit: 1,000,000VND/ day * (*to be returned within 5 days after the event)ย ย
VAT invoice will incur an addition 8% service fee.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE FILLING IN & SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
Mandatory conditions for vendors:
- Foodย vendorsย are not allowed to sell drinks and vice versa.
- Vendorsย must be responsible for their own set up, maintenance, cleaning of your own food, drinks, and/or disposables and take down.
- Vendors must come from 10AM to set up & must collect all items and restore area before 10AM the following day.ย
- Vendorsย must maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings & follow up on their disposables.
- SGOC will not be responsible for collecting and disposing ofย vendors' trash, please have enough members of your crew to manage the booth on the event day.ย
For marketing purposes please provideย the following once you area a confirmed vendor:ย
- 4-6 hi quality, clear and desired imagesย
- logo with no BG
- a blurb,ย tell us & our customers what they should be looking forward to at the event! (Eng & VN)
- menu for the day of the event (if applicable)
- up to 3 videos in short form or one full length of your productsย
- Vendorย MUST co-host the event.
