RAKE UP MIDDLETON is currently accepting registrations! Do you have a group, business, or organization who would like to volunteer to do some leaf raking? Or perhaps you know of a senior or person with physical limitations who would benefit from having their yard raked. If so, please fill out the form below to request your yard to be raked up later this fall.
Rules:
1.) You must live within the city limits to sign up for your yard to be raked in Middleton.
2.) You also MUST be age 65 or older OR physically disabled or unable to rake their own leaves.
3.) Your yard is no bigger than .25 acres. No county addresses or large acreages will be accepted.
4.) Currently reside at the residence to be raked.
5.) Yard must be cleared of any pet waste prior to your rake team's arrival. Keep animals contained during raking, while volunteers are on site.
6.) Your Rake Team will contact you 1-2 weeks prior and arrange the date/time with you. You do not have to be home, but we prefer you to be on site if possible. Leave gates unlocked & confine animals please!
7.) Teams will rake on a chosen day during the early part of November. You will coordinate that date with your assigned rake team. The rake team will contact you to set up a date.
Registrations MUST be received by OCTOBER 25th!!!
