Workforce Matters 2022-23 Steering Committee Nomination Form
Thank you for taking time to submit a nomination for the Workforce Matters Steering Committee.

Please use this form to nominate a colleague.  You may submit this form more than once to nominate multiple candidates.  

Nominees must be grantmakers who work for a private, independent, family, or corporate, foundation; a corporate giving program; a community foundation or other grantmaking public charity; operating foundations; funder collaboratives; giving circles; or a United Way.

Workforce Matters will contact all nominees and ask them to fill out some additional information before nominations close on December 3, 2021.

The deadline for all nominations is Friday, December 3, 2021.  The current Workforce Matters Steering Committee will vote on 2022-2023 membership in mid-December, and nominees will be notified before the end of the year.

Overview of Steering Committee Commitments
Through this process, we are accepting Steering Committee nominations for two-year terms, running from January 1, 2021-December 31, 2022.

Steering Committee members provide oversight and strategic direction for the activities of the Workforce Matters network.
They commit to attend quarterly meetings, all of which will be virtual in 2021.  There may be one in-person meeting at the beginning of 2022, circumstances permitting. Steering Committee members are required to support the work of the Workforce Matters network by contributing volunteer time to network activities and by making an annual financial contribution, which is based on members' annual workforce grantmaking budgets:

I. Annual grant budget of under $2M - $1,500/year
II. Between $2M-$5M - $3,000/year
III. Between $5M-$10M - $5,000/year
IV. Between $10M-$15M - $10,000/year
V. Between $15M-$25M - $20,000/year
VI. $25M+ - $25,000+/year
