Thank you for your interest in becoming a strategic partner for students learning to navigate their pathway of success in the new normal.

One crucial component of the Being The CEO of ME Program  aims to improve employment opportunities for young people 14-19 across the Southern Crescent & Middle Georgia through real-world exposure and immersion in high-tech, advanced math, small business and entrepreneurial settings as part of our Just Say YES to Youth Initiative.

We are asking local employers- small to medium businesses and major corporations, to help prepare young people to become job ready, provide an industry experience, and hopefully offer an employment opportunity.

You can help in a number of ways- every employer regardless of size can support young people create a pathway of success in envisioning a future of financial stability through employability.

✔ Guest Speaker       In-person or remote/virtual between 3pm-4pm  M-F

✔ Mock Interview      In-person  *dates and times vary by location*

✔ Shark Tank              In-person Afterschool  *dates and times vary by location*   T/TH  3pm-4:30pm
  Coach/Facilitator

✔ Internship                In-person at your place of business *dates and times scheduled with you*

✔ Mentor                     In-person or virtual mentorship through 1 hour interval guided Q&A sessions

✔ Site Sponsor           Providing your business site as an Afterschool or Out-Of-School Weekend program site

Being The CEO of ME / Just Say YES to Youth Initiative Employer Pledge events will be held quarterly to bring together local employers who are interested in supporting young people in their local area. Currently Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company serves a total of  (8) counties across Georgia:

In addition to pledging to be a host site for youth to complete on-the-job training, we ask that you consider the following sponsor level to help cover curriculum, program supplies, and transportation for our youth participants.  

* $5000 PREMIUM SPONSOR-SHARK TANK PITFH EVENT PRESENTER LEVEL IV (2 Available Per Year): Yearlong membership in curriculum kits, Logo prominently placed on all marketing materials and website, (2) complimentary tickets to all Field Trips, (2) complimentary tickets and recognition at Being The CEO of ME Pinning & Patch Year-End Ceremony.   

* $2500 GOLD SPONSOR- SHARK TANK PITCH EVENT PRESENTER LEVEL III: CAPSTONE PROJECT HONOR (6 available Per Year) Logo prominently placed on all marketing materials and website, (2) complimentary tickets and recognition at Being The CEO of ME Capstone Project for Middle & High School students, (2) complimentary tickets to 1 field trip.

* $1000 SILVER SPONSOR- SHARK TANK PITCH EVENT PRESENTER LEVEL II: AWARD HONOR- logo placed on all marketing materials and website, (1) complimentary ticket to 1 field trip 

* $500   BRONZE SPONSOR- logo placed on all marketing materials and website, 
 
* $250   SNACKS SPONSOR
