Once you have read all the details listed here, please fill out my form below. 
IF I am available to work your event, all I require is a 30% non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date/time. Your remaining balance is then due one day prior to your scheduled event.

HOURLY RATES: 

OPTION 1: Rent our MOBILE TRAILER 
OUTDOOR ONLY Great for Large Events (Attendance of 50+ people):
Festivals, Fundraisers, Weddings, Sporting Events, Corporate Events, etc.

Booking Rate of $175 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. 
Travel fees not included. 
Requirement: I do require access to 110v electric outlet to run lights and fan inside trailer. Extension cords provided by artist.

I now work exclusively out of my Brand New Trailer which brings a whole new experience to your event!
Children (and kids at heart) enjoy stepping up into my colourful studio on wheels to be transformed into something from a magical fantasy!

Includes:
• All-included setup and customer access to inside of Skin Colour Events Trailer! (Customers enter from the passenger side door and exit down the ramp)
• Photo Menu Board options to choose from
• (For Face Painting) Custom made stencils to represent your company logo or wedding name!
This option also includes my ability to speed paint up to 20 faces per hour and/or applying Henna to approximately 10-15 hands per hour. **For larger groups, I tend to choose fast pace designs that are still sure to wow and impress the audience!

OPTION 2: No Trailer -Just the Artist & Her Kit
Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Girls Night In/Out:
(Smaller more intimate parties where space is limited and attendance is less than 50 people.)

Booking Rate
$150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
After the first hour, you are welcome to book additional time in 30 minute increments.

REQUIREMENTS:
Artist requires a table space ready to work, bathroom facilities, and adequate lighting.
If Booking an outdoor setting: Please provide me with shelter no matter the weather conditions.
In order to work, I require cover from direct sunlight/wind/rain and adequate space/lighting - no matter if it is raining or not. 
Direct sunlight or cold can affect my materials and performance. 
Whether I am setup under a tent or pavilion, protection from the sun is required. 

**I do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Please list an alternate indoor location next to your preferred outdoor location if booking an outdoor event.

AVAILABLE SERVICES


FACE PAINTING: ($150/hour) one hour minimum
• In this smaller setting, I pay more attention to design details and add extra elements to each face. I can paint approximately 15 faces per hour.  
• Please provide artist with a table, but no chairs needed. (I bring a high director's chair).
• Word Board design options: gives artist more creative freedom to change up design options based on flow of the event.
• Glitter is ALWAYS available!

HENNA ARTIST: ($150/ hour) one hour minimum
*Henna takes at least 20 minutes to fully dry and must remain on the skin for at least 6 hours for the best results- which is why I have set the age limit to 10+ years or older

• Artist can apply small, quick Henna designs to approximately 10-12 people per hour. 
(If your party is less than 10 people, I can slow down and apply fuller, more intricate Henna details!)
Workspace: I ask you please provide 2 chairs and a table

• Includes option's from Artist's Book of Designs
• Homemade Organic Henna Paste for the best quality stain 
• Aftercare instructions will be explained to your group to achieve the best results


FESTIVAL HAIR BRAIDS:

1) Braided-In Festival Hair ($150/hour)
I can physically braid a smaller strand of colorful hair extensions into the hair of approximately 6 people within 1 hour. (Similar to hair wraps)
The braid is secured with a small elastic band that can be removed at any time. 
Once removed, the hair can be saved to use over and over again in any hairstyle.

2) Pre-Made Removable Braid Bundles: ($20/person)

Braids are pre-made and attached to a regular hair tie which can be easily added/removed to/from any ponytail style & used over and over again! (See examples on website)

(Outside from booking an event, you can always Pre-Order different festival braids in different color combos from my website.)

TRAVEL FEES: First 10 miles outside of Artist's residence in Dyer, IN are included in hourly rate. 

• 11-20 miles within Indiana, additional travel fee of $1/mile added to total balance.

Any event over 20 miles away from artist's residence, requires a 2 hour minimum booking. 
 21-30 miles within Indiana, additional travel fee of $3/mile added to total balance

At this time, I am not traveling outside my 30 mile radius limit. 

Parking fees must also be paid to artist before services are rendered.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR DATE/TIME: 
Along with filling out the details on my form below, a non-refundable 30% Booking Fee is required to reserve your date/time. Another event may be scheduled for your time and date if booking fee is not received. 

Once I have received your booking fee, confirmation will be sent and you will be added to my calendar (visible on my website).
I DO accept Business checks. Mailing address can be provided upon request.

REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance is due the day BEFORE the event before services are rendered. Payment can be made by cash, Venmo or card (additional 3% cc fees apply).

BREAKS AND STOP TIME: Artist requires paid breaks of approximately 5-10 minutes every two hours and access to a restroom.

LIABILITY STATEMENT: I only use FDA approved professional cosmetic grade face painting supplies and 100% organic, natural Henna. I also carry the proper Insurance for my profession. 
I cannot be held liable for allergic reactions to paints or henna. People with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have a patch test done at the beginning of the party. Client understands that darker face paints will linger and must be removed with mild soap, water and washcloth.

*Ages 3 or younger, I recommend painting arms instead of faces, and avoid adding my cosmetic grade glitter to babies.
*For sanitary reasons, I will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema, any infectious skin condition or open wounds. These determinations are at Artist’s discretion. 

I will use reasonable care, but cannot be held responsible for damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to Artist’s equipment or supplies caused by pets, lawn sprinklers, or guests. 

Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise dangerous conditions.

*Artist will not supervise children: 
Under no circumstances will Artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parents’ responsibility.
Artist cannot see other children while painting. Activities for waiting children are strongly recommended. An adult should be supervising waiting children to avoid conflicts in line and help the artist keep things moving smoothly, and to keep little hands out of paints and supplies in order to keep them sanitary. Artists will not attempt to resolve conflict unless a danger to the child exists, at which point overtime charges may occur to allow for the time taken while not painting. 
It works best for everyone involved if only a few children are waiting in line at a time.

PHOTO RELEASE: I hereby grant Skin Colour Events permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video without payment or other consideration.

NON REFUNDABLE: Your 30% Booking Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. *I do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please provide an alternate indoor space if your small gathering is taking place outdoors.

Should the Artist get sick or have an emergency, every effort will be made to find a replacement Artist, but if we are not successful, your deposit will be refunded.
