ENHANCING ASSESSMENT LITERACY OF UNIVERSITY EFL TEACHERS
Dear colleagues!

This professional development course aims to recap on the cornerstones of Language Testing and Assessment (LTA) through making university EFL teachers reflect on how assessment literate they are and to what extent their own LTA practices are based on the principles and standards approved worldwide. We will consider different types of language tests, identify specific features of each type, and focus on the assessment formats appropriate in a foreign language classroom. The course participants will also discuss the LTA challenges they face in their academic settings, consider a variety of real-life LTA cases, and gain hands-on experience in designing an effective model of classroom-based assessment (CBA).

To help the organizers tailor the course programme to your immediate needs, we kindly request you to complete this short questionnaire.
