Insurance Opt-out Payment Interest
In our economic reopener bargaining, we have been discussing the possibility of offering eligible employees who have health insurance double-coverage the option to opt-out of their Lane health insurance in exchange for an extra $200 per month in compensation.

We are using this poll to gauge employee interest in this potential benefit.
