2023 Cancellation Policy - Repke Fitness

Our personal trainers value your time, and we ask that you value theirs. All appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to being charged full priced for that session.

In the event that you need to cancel your confirmed appointment with less than 24-hour notice, please call Repke Fitness’ main line at 410-656-2121. We do NOT accept last minute emails or last minute texts as a form of proper cancellation. The main line is available to call 24/7 and you can leave a voice mail if no one answers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule with MORE than 24-hour notice then you can call us or email us.
