Sign up here to read a poem, a work of fiction, or non-fiction (both original and found/borrowed works are welcome) inspired by the universe and our place in it during this evening activation of Katie Paterson's "Candle (From Earth into a Black Hole)," on view through December 15. Over the course of the installation, Paterson's candle burns down in two hour increments through layers of fragrance corresponding to planets or places in the cosmos.
