This year a fantastic opportunity has been created for our 7th and 8th graders!! Joplin Schools is offering a chance for Band, Orchestra, and Choir students to get their P.E. requirement during summer school for incoming 7th and 8th grade students. This allows them to not have P.E. during the school year and can instead take an additional elective of their choosing. This option for summer school will be from June 1st – June 30th. Classes start at 8:20 each day and finish at 3:40. Students who want to take advantage of this opportunity must have an attendance of 80% or better. All students will be provided free breakfast and lunch daily. Modified bus routes are available to transport your student to and from South Middle School.

Please fill out an enrollment form for each child in your household that plans on attending.
