Az összesen 3 órás workshop három részből áll, az első fél órában rövid elméleti áttekintést nyújtunk az Assessment Center (Kiválasztási központ) módszertanáról, alkalmazási lehetőségeiről. a második blokkban a résztvevők egy 2 órás szimulációs AC programon vehetnek részt, három szerepben (játékos, értékelő, megfigyelő). A játék során a játékosok pályakezdő HR tanácsadó szerepébe bújva jelentkeznek egy elképzelt junior HR tanácsadó munkakörre és olyan kiscsoportos feladatokat oldanak meg, amelyek segítségével az értékelők az Emberi Erőforrás Tanácsadó mesterszak kimeneti kompetenciái alapján értékelik őket, a harmadik blokkban az értékelők és megfigyelők a megadott szempontok alapján rövid visszajelzést adnak a játékosoknak a megfigyelt kompetenciákról. A programon történő részvétel előzetes regisztrációhoz kötött.

The 3-hour workshop will consist of three parts, the first half hour will include a short theoretical overview of the Assessment Center methodology and its applications. In the second part, participants will take part in a 2-hour AC program in three roles (player, assessor, observer). During the game, the players assume the role of a junior HR consultant applying for an imaginary junior HR position and solve small group tasks that will help the assessors to evaluate them on the basis of the output competences of the Human Resource Counselling Master Program. In the third block, the assessors and observers will give the players a short feedback on the observed competences based on the criteria provided. Pre-registration is needed for participation.
