If you are not satisfied with the response received from the Headteacher’s investigation of your complaint (stage 2), then please complete this form. 

The form should be completed and submitted within 10 school days of receipt of the Headteacher’s response for the complaint to progress.

In some circumstances, the Chair of Governors may choose to escalate the complaint to Stage 4 without directly investigating the complaint themselves. They will inform the complainant of their decision, and the reasons for this, within 5 school days of receiving the complaint if that is the case.

If, on completion of stage 3, you are dissatisfied with the result, you will need to let the school know within 10 school working days of receipt of the Chair of Governors' response.
