Embrace Birth
This class is designed to empower you and your partner to have a wholistic birth experience! We will walk through labor basics, common labor interventions, prenatal exercises, labor comfort measures, and more. Whether you are choosing a medicated or unmedicated birth, home birth or hospital birth, natural labor or induction, this class is for you!
The class will run from 7pm-8:30pm. 
All attendees will receive a FREE gift bag, full of goodies for mom and baby. 
Space is limited, so pre-registration and payment is required. You can pay via paypal.me/guidingstarsiouxland or by check or cash to PO Box 97, Sioux Center, IA 51250.
