Leadership Cohort
The Path2Impact Leadership Cohort is designed for afterschool professionals in South Dakota who demonstrate a commitment to their program and are interested in expanding their capacity for leadership.

Participants must be employed with an afterschool or summer program in South Dakota and be at a leadership or management status within their organization or aspiring to be a leader. (Acceptance is contingent on organization/supervisor approval to participate.)

We are seeking participants for Cohort III which will begin Spring of 2024 with graduation in August 2024. The sessions will be a combination of four Zoom sessions and three F2F. Graduate, undergraduate, and CEU credit are available for this path.   

Participants will need to anticipate there will be approximately 3 hours of coursework between sessions which might include meetings with people in Path2Impact, reading articles, completing assignments, or exploring your own organization in greater depth within the context of the program.
