Wisconsin is known for having more Cycling Without Age (CWA) programs than any other state in the country. Thanks for your contributions! The Bike Fed is honored to partner with communities, organizations, and skilled nursing homes around the state, but we don't have a comprehensive picture of all the great programs, trainers, and pilots statewide. We'd like to create connections, share resources and information, and demonstrate how the program is growing. We need your help!

Please complete the sections of this CWA information form that match your role(s):

- Program Leaders (please complete the Program Leader section plus any others that are applicable for you)

- Trainer/Educators (please complete the Trainer/Educator, as well as Current Pilot Section, if applicable)

- Current Pilots (please skip to your section if you are not also a Program Leader or Trainer/Educator)

The form takes approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the number of sections you are completing for your role(s).
