The Chapel Hill State School Athlete Development Excellence Program (ADEP) is an extension program that offers strength and conditioning coaching for talented young sportspeople, giving them the opportunity to improve as athletes and help them achieve their sporting goals.  The CHSS ADEP is delivered by Fitter Futures Kids & Teens.

The program is open to CHSS students in Grades 4-6 in 2020.  As part of a child's application a Coach's Reference may be completed by the child's coach in their given sport.  The Coach's Reference is a useful way for us to gain further insight into your child's goals, strengths and coachability.

A Coach's Reference is optional (not mandatory) as part of the ADEP application process.
