2020-2021 Carey Kindergarten Registration
This is for residents of Carey Exempted Village Schools only.

If you live in another district and are considering open enrolling to Carey Schools, please contact Mrs. Lesa Hyatt at 419.396.7922. She will provide you with the required open-enrollment application. You may also download the application from our website. Please note the OE window does not open until May 1st.

All prospective kindergarten students must be FIVE years old by August 1, 2020.  You will need to bring with you the following items:  birth certificate (not a mother's/hospital certificate), social security card, and immunization records.  Custody papers if applicable.

We are asking that all parents please register on Final Forms.  To do so go to www.careyschools.org and click on the Final Forms link and be sure to select the 2020-2021 School Year. With using Final Forms ALL Parents MUST have a valid e-mail address as paper forms are not an option.
