Haven't heard of CrossFit before?
This style of exercising involves body weight movements, aerobic exercises, and weight lifting. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. Learn more by visiting: https://www.crossfit.com/what-is-crossfit.

**Please note that participants who RSVP 'yes' will need to answer some basic questions about their health and fitness level. This will not be collected by the University and is only needed for the purposes of health and safety during this introductory course.**
