Refund Policy

*Refunds are only issued upon written request per the above refund policy.

When calculating refunds, the official date of a student’s withdrawal is when the school receives written notice on the required form of the student’s intention to discontinue the training program.

Withdrawal Policy:

*Students may request to withdraw at any time using the required withdrawal form. Refunds will be issued according to the Refund Policy. 

Unfair Business Practices: 

It is an unfair business practice for the school to sell, discount, or otherwise transfer this contract without the signed written consent of the student or his/her parent or guardian if he/she is a minor and a written statement notifying all parties that the cancellation and refund policy continues to apply.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

**In-Person June 2025 Class**

1st Payment of $245 is due by May 14th as a deposit to secure a seat, of which $50 is non-refundable. Seats are reserved on a 1st-come, 1st-serve basis. 

2nd Payment- $245 Due May 28th
3rd Payment-  $245 Due June 4th
4th Payment-  $245 Due June 18th
5th Payment-  $245 Due July 2nd

**ONLINE CLASSES**

A $500 down payment to secure a seat is due by the  registration deadline. The deadline is the 25th of the month before a student plans to start. 

Tuition balance is payable in 6 equal monthly payments of $120 beginning the 1st of the month after classes begin.  

**LATE FEES**

A late fee of $10 will be charged on accounts not paid by the 5th of the month. 

All classes and academic support will be suspended if tuition payment is not received by the 10th of the month.  

Students will not be allowed to sit for final exam or attend externship if tuition balance is not paid in full.

If students utilize our Flexible Payment Plan option, they are not entitled to refunds after the start of classes. 

Course completion certifications will not be awarded until tuition is paid in full, and students are not eligible to sit for certification exams until tuition is paid in full.

If any payment obligation under this agreement is not paid when due, the remaining unpaid balance shall become due immediately. Failure to pay this balance will result in the student's immediate removal from the program and in not being eligible to sit for the certification exam.

Students reserve the right to prepay tuition in whole or part before the due date without a prepayment penalty.

Students will not be allowed to continue classes if payments are not made according to schedule unless prior arrangements have been made with the school. Payments must be made according to the arrangements detailed in the contract, or students will be dropped from the program without a refund. 
This Agreement is Binding: 

This agreement will be binding only when it has been fully completed, electronically signed, and dated by the student and received by an authorized school representative before instruction begins. 

Changes in the Agreement: 

Any changes in the agreement will not be binding on either the student or the school unless they are acknowledged in writing by an authorized school representative and by the student or the student’s parent or guardian if the student is a minor. 

Effective Date of Acceptance: 

I certify that I have read and understand the withdrawal and refund policy. I have received a copy of the school catalog; and I am entitled to an exact copy of this Flexible Payment Plan Agreement, Enrollment  Agreement, school catalog, and any other papers I sign.
