Reliability:
Missing or rescheduling sessions is strongly discouraged. If an unforeseen event does require you to reschedule please let me now 24 hours before the time.
Please remember that not completing, or partially completing your assignments is not a reason to reschedule. If assignments are not complete, it is especially important that we work together during the scheduled session to strategize, overcome obstacles, and establish next steps.

Confidentiality:
This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that you share with me as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law).

I agree not to disclose any information pertaining to you without your written consent.
You agree that I may use your name and contact information on forms related to credentialing as proof of session.

Likewise, you agree not to disclose any information pertaining to me without my written consent; and you will not disclose my name as a reference without my consent.
• You agree to recorded sessions being shared within the private group
• You agree that I may use your name and contact information on forms related to credentialing as proof of session.

Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was in my possession prior to its being furnished by the yourself;
(b) is generally known to the public or in your industry;
(c) is obtained by the myself from a third party, without breach of any obligation to this agreement;
(d) is independently developed by myself without use of or reference to your confidential information; or
(e) that I am is required by law to disclose.
Additionally, sessions recorded are not to be shared with anyone other than ourselves without the other parties’ permission.

Coach Disclaimer of Liability:
Client hereby employs a Coach for the purpose of supporting the Client with respect to Client’s self- awareness, vision and goals, and strategic plans, has experience in such matters and agrees to render such coaching services.

Client understands and agrees that she/he is not an employment agent, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or business manager.
I have not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not
1) procure or attempt to procure employment, business or sales for the client
2) act as a therapist, providing psychological counselling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy.

Definitions:
Coach: The person whose name is places on page and any person coach engages with to share information or training for the client’s betterment.

Client: The person whose name is placed on page one client details.
