Gardner School Summer Camp Registration Form
  Thank you for your interest in our 2024 Gardner School Summer Camps!  

This form is for campers not currently enrolled in the Gardner School.  

If you are a currently enrolled Gardner Family, please use this enrollment form!  (This is merely an administrative division; current families are already in our Student Information System and do not need to go through the full enrollment process. The cost, qualifications, and camp experience are the same!)

Please complete one form for each camper you would like to register. After submitting registration, you will receive a confirmation email, and an invoice through FACTS for the summer camp(s) chosen.

**Registration is not complete and enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.**  

If there are any additional forms needed, we will send these to you ahead of camp, or they can be completed on the first day of camp.

Please select the camps you would like to enroll this child in.  See the camp offerings on the Gardner School website for more details.   All camps run for one week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.

Grade ranges refer to your camper's grade for the current 2023-2024 school year.  

(NOTE:  Students MUST have completed Kindergarten by July 1st, 2023, to enroll in K-2/K-6 camps.  Students who will be starting Kindergarten in Fall 2023 should enroll in Preschool/PreK camps.)  

**All Preschool/PreK campers must be 3 years old and fully daytime potty trained.**

You will receive an invoice from Gardner School through Authorize.net in the next few days.  If your chosen camp is full, you will not be charged for the camp.  You will also receive an enrollment packet via email in the weeks prior to camp.

We will make every effort to keep the availability of camps updated on this page, but sometimes enrollments come in quickly.   In the event the camp(s) you have chosen are full, we will add your name to a wait list and let you know your options!
