គោលបំណង៖ កម្មវត្ថុនៃការបង្រៀន "ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំផែនដី" គឺដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងមនុស្ស និងផែនដីដោយ៖
1. ធ្វើឱ្យមានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីផលប៉ះពាល់នៃវត្តមានរបស់មនុស្សនៅលើផែនដី
2. អភិវឌ្ឍការយល់ដឹងដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវអំពីកន្លែងតាំងនៅ និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់មនុស្សនៅលើផែនដី
3. បង្កើតសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងការដឹងគុណពិតប្រាកដចំពោះផែនដី
4.ការគៀងគរមនុស្សឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពតាមរយះជំរុញពួកគេឱ្យក្លាយជាផ្នែកមួយនៃដំណោះស្រាយក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមបន្ទាន់ជាមួយគ្នាដែលពួកគេកំពុងតែប្រឈមមុខ។
