This exam is an optional test of your skills and knowledge of New West Indies law. Any attorney who completes the exam will be given a score that is made public on the List of Known Attorneys. Individual section scores will also be published. Other residents may also take the exam, though their score will not be made public.

You are able to conduct your own research during this exam. Its purpose is not to test your memorization but to test your research skills and ability to apply the law. However, please do not share answers to exam questions. To get the most value out of this exam, you should test yourself, not your ability to get answers from others.

You have unlimited time once you start the exam. You are able to retake it once a week has passed since you last submitted an attempt.
