Welcome to the 2021 KidzConference Workshop Selection process.

Students are to express an interest in 6 workshops. Of the 6 they choose, they can identify 3-4 they'd prefer the most. We'll then assign them to 3 workshops according to places available. This gives us scope to avoid tricky clashes, put friends together upon request, modify if minds change and keep a waiting list, should workshops fill up etc.

We'll confirm placement asap and send any necessary invoice by email. Some workshops are free, while others have a fee set by the presenter to cover their operating costs - e.g. staff wages and materials etc.  The rego fee goes towards the hire of the Copthorne, buses, catering for (30+) presenters + their gifts of thanks etc, funding some of the event staff, appreciative thanks for volunteers ('chaperones': approx 30-40) and general operations e.g. liability insurance,  etc.

As you submit your booking, it's automatically timestamped, so a first-in-first-served deal is easily managed. We are however prioritising those who've paid their registration fee first...
