Bell Landscape Supply will not take responsibility for damages to the existing pavement or concrete caused during the delivery of products. We do not know the condition or age of driveways and cannot see under the paved surface to determine if it is structurally compromised beyond our visual inspection. Furthermore, stone gravel larger than 2-5", and pallets of stone or pavers are not recommended to be dumped onto pavement for this reason.

We will, upon signature for release of responsibility of Bell Landscape Supply for damages, dump the products as desired by the customer if we feel it will not pose any foreseeable danger to the property or persons. We will also take all possible precautions for such action. Any gross negligence from our delivery driver will be addressed, but does not guarantee any repairs to be paid for by Bell Landscape Supply. If this notice is not signed after request from Bell Landscape Supply, the load will not be dumped in any location that we feel may cause damage. If the customer is made aware of this notice and/or rules for delivery, but does not sign the waiver, we will seek another place to dump the products, or return the products to our sales yard and collect the delivery fee on the invoice.
