Purpose of the Leadership Windsor application process

To assure a balanced, representative class consisting of people who meet the criteria below.

Criteria for Class Members:

1.       Commitment to the success of Windsor as a healthy, thriving and caring community

2.       Engagement in community life or service

3.       Resident of Windsor or the immediate area for at least a year, with the intention to remain here for the next five years or longer

4.       Commitment to attend each of the 10 monthly Leadership Windsor sessions for the full time; these consist of one full day per month from August through May, from 9AM to 5PM.

5.       Willingness to participate to the best of their abilities in the activities, discussions and learning opportunities of Leadership Windsor. 

Cost:

The fee for the program is $1000, which includes class supplies and materials, meals, and receptions. Scholarship assistance may be available upon request.
