Thank you for submitting a proposal to present at the 2019 Wisconsin Statewide Transition Academy: College & Career Ready, being held on October 15, 2019 at Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. Presentation proposals must be submitted on or before June 14, 2019. All presentations will be 75 minutes in length. Potential presenters will be notified no later than July 31, 2019 of proposal acceptance.

Please use this checklist for your proposal. Presentation proposals must include:

A focus on practical strategies which participants can implement in their day-to-day work.

Sessions should not promote specific agencies or products.

New and innovative ideas are welcome and encouraged. Repeat or similar sessions from previous conferences will not be considered.
