RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Release Agreement”). BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INHERENT IN CYCLING AND WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT.

In this Release Agreement the term “cycling” includes all bicycle activities including, but not limited to, guided rides, lessons, and private instruction (hereinafter “riding”). The term "Organization" refers to non-profit Last Sundays Ride, and the term "Venue" includes any activities performed in and around the property located at 1400 Texas Ave, El Paso TX 79901.
