All of the data is necessary for the completion of the petition and order required to file for your name and/or gender marker changes, so it is very important that all of the information is entered correctly and truthfully.
You will get the virtual attendance info emailed to you no later than 24 hours before the clinic you signed up for. The information will be emailed to the email address you have provided (please remember to check your spam folder if you don't see our email). If you do not receive a link AND it is less than 24 hours before the clinic you signed up for, email info@translegalaidtx.com.
Once you hit submit on this form you will get an automated email from Google with the information you added. You will NOT get information for the Clinic until the Weds before.
