Join us for a cheese making class and discover the magic behind every bite of fresh, homemade mozzarella. Our expert cheesemaker will guide you through the process of making your own mozzarella, from curd to finished product.
Our classes typically run one hour, with three classes daily at 2 PM, 3 PM and 4 PM. Each class is $100 per person and includes an hour of instruction, as much cheese as you can eat and a selection of small bites from our deli case.
Our classes are BYOB.
An email will be sent to yo to confirm your class time, please reply to the email to confirm your slot.
For parties larger than 5 guests we kindly ask that you call us directly at (347) 844-9101 to schedule a time and date. For large parties we can only accomodate you after business hours at 7pm because of spatial limitations.
If you are making a request for a class same-day, please call the store instead to ensure that we see your request. For all inquiries, please respond to the confirmation email to secure your spot.
Please allow 3 business days for us to respond to your request. Keep this in mind when making last minute reservations. We recommend requesting a class at least a week in advance. If you require immediate changes please call the store. Thanks!
