Schools must either provide supervision for participants during the interim period between the end of school and the arrival of program mentors, or be comfortable with informing parents that no supervision will be available between the end of class and the program start time. 

As mentors often travel from nearby secondary schools with conflicting end times, programs are often not able to start right after the elementary school day ends. Do you foresee any issues with this?

G^M often uses physical activities and games, along with crafts and song to make math fun. As such, we need a large space (e.g., large multipurpose room or gym) where the students can run around. Does your location have a space like this available for the program? If so, please describe the room. If not, please describe any alternative spaces the program could run.  *
Programs usually run from 3:30 to 4:30 (start time is dependent on when the mentor can get to the elementary school). What days of the week would you have gym space available? *

Thank you for filling out the form and for your interest in G^M. Please understand that our ability to run a program is dependent on whether we are able to recruit enough mentors in the area.
