Thank you for your interest in Sapulpa Virtual Academy.  In order for us to provide students and families with the programming expected from Sapulpa Public Schools, it is important to recognize that teachers, students, and parents all play a critical role in the success of any learning environment.  With this in mind, all applications will be reviewed and placed on a waiting list as staffing and capacity are determined.  Please note that a completed application does not guarantee a spot in the program, nor does previous participation in SVA. You will be notified prior to the beginning of school as to whether or not your student may participate in the program.

The deadline to submit an application for SVA is Friday, May 10, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.  Please complete a single form for each individual student.
