Awarded to a Community Association Manager who has been a manager for less than 2 years, and who has exhibited an extraordinary level of professionalism, dedication, and service. This individual not only provides the highest level of service to the communities they manage, but they are also committed to supporting the industry through involvement in organizations such as CAI that promote the value and importance of building better communities.

Nomination/Award Rules

1. Award nomination deadline is 5:00 pm CST, Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
2. Nominations and additional documentation for the application may be submitted by:
A) completion of this online form
B) mail/deliver to: DFW-CAI • 14070 Proton Road, Suite 100 • Dallas, TX 75244 (received in office by 1/15/20)
C) fax to DFW-CAI Chapter Office at 972-490-4219 (received in office by 1/15/20)
3. Each award category must receive a minimum of 3 nominations in order for the award category to proceed.
4. All award nominees may be required to complete a nominee questionnaire and submit a personal photo for use at the Gala.
5. Nominator information is confidential and will be collected for informational/follow-up purposes only. Nominator information will NOT be shared with the judging panel or the nominees themselves.
