The Graduate Student Council is hosting our annual Graduate Student Regional Research Conference on March 24-25, 2022, and we would like to invite you to participate at our conference during the exhibitor/resource fair.  We are looking for organizations like yourself to host a table and interact with conference attendees, who are primarily graduate students.  You may simply provide resources, give out promotional swag, or even host your own raffle.  There is no cost to you as we will provide the tables and chairs –we just need you!

The exhibition/resource fair takes place across both days of the conference:
1) Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 10:00 am –12:00 pm, Student Activities Center Ballroom (Belknap Campus)
2) Friday, March 25, 9:00 am –12:00 pm, Student Activities Center, Ballroom (Belknap Campus)

We will keep in contact with you should anything change. We will also be monitoring the recent surge in Omicron cases and will let you know if there will be a switch to a remote conference.
