Teacher - must be 18 or older and have some previous experience with children; teacher-leaders will be trained to lead large groups, complete daily tasks of preparing for the next day, and report to the director daily; teachers will be asked to contribute to the curriculum construction as well.

Leader - leaders must be 16 or older and have a strong interest in working with children; leaders will be trained, must report to teachers, and will be required to complete daily tasks; leaders will work very closely with kids of all ages.

Intern - interns must be 13 or older and will work with leaders to ensure kids are having fun and mastering the skills being taught; interns must be flexible; interns can earn community service hours
