How we work:
1. If the project is new, the team starts working on the product using the product development framework from scratch, having previously studied it.
2. If you get on a project that has a history, you join the team at the current phase of the project development.
Along the way, we will be holding workshops to raise the level of the team, identifying skill set drawdowns as we work.

The global task of the product team is to bring the project to the MVP release and bring the product to the market.
As a result, each participant receives not just a case in the portfolio, but also a published working project that can be shown at the interview, plus proven teamwork experience and feedback from me and teammates.

Participants are selected based on goals, the amount of time they can realistically devote to the project, and time slots that must be shared with other team members in order to work together on the project.

Average time spent working on a project is 6-8 hours per week.
The duration of one cycle for the project team, according to preliminary estimates, is 3-6 months, and depends on what the work on product hypotheses will lead to in the first phase of work on the product.
There are also projects with a short cycle of 5-8 weeks, which include a phase of product research and hypothesis validation.
