The City of Sidney wants to hear from you. On behalf of the city of Sidney, Southwest Iowa Planning Council (SWIPCO) is conducting a community wide survey. We will use this information to guide the completion of the City’s comprehensive plan. Your input is important to the future development of Sidney.
