We would like to begin the process for you to request for your elementary student(s) to return to the building for 3rd quarter. Please note that this will be the last opportunity for students to return to the building this school year; there will not be an option for 4th quarter. 

Please complete the form below if you are requesting your child in grades K-5 to return to the building for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year.  Students will return to the building on January 19, 2021.  OnLionEdu Elementary students who do not complete this form will be scheduled to remain virtual remote learners for the rest of the school year.

As a reminder, we are following mitigation strategies in the buildings to ensure the health and well-being of all. Students are required to wear masks and social distance as defined by their school's building plan. We also ask families to complete the daily symptom check before sending your child to school. Please visit your school’s web page to read specifics about your building’s plan and specific mitigation strategies that are in place.   

It is essential this form is submitted by December 4, 2020, to allow for the scheduling of students in new classes for the second semester. Please complete a form for each student you need to enroll. You will receive an email upon receipt of the submission of this form.   Thank you!
