RIF list or Course Certification list issues 2022

Please use this form if: you are a contracted faculty member and you have found any missing courses on your RIF list, if you did not receive a RIF list, and/or list of your course certifications, or if you have having any other issues related to RIF lists or course certifications. Please be sure to submit the RIF report review form on SoftDocs. It is due to HR by December 1.

Which issue(s) are you experiencing?

I did not receive a list of my course certifications.

I did not receive a RIF list by RIF unit, or I do not appear on the RIF list for my RIF unit.

Courses that are part of my regular job are missing from my list of course certifications (e.g. history classes for a history faculty member)

Courses for which I am certified in other departments or disciplines are missing from my list of course certifications.

My seniority does not appear correct. (Each year the maximum is 10 months. Contracted faculty who were part-time before should have part-time years pro-rated and added to contracted years.)
