Community Change Grants Program Partner and Assistance Survey

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) form. EPA did not assist with the development of this form. A full set of the results from this survey can be found here.

The Environmental Protection Network (EPN) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides pro bono capacity-building technical assistance to disadvantaged communities, nonprofit organizations, and under-resourced state/local/Tribal government entities.

In close collaboration with our volunteer network of over 650+ EPA alumni, EPN staff is providing assistance to organizations interested in applying to the Community Change Grants Program (CCGP). Our support consists of the following:
  • We provide application guides with templates, checklists, samples, etc. Make sure you consult EPN's suggested 6-step application guides for Track I and II.
  • We help organizations navigate and understand the Notice of Funding Opportunity by answering questions about eligibility, statutory partnership, application requirements, and more.
  • We help organizations identify potential partners via this public database.
  • We provide SAM.gov registration assistance.
  • We leverage our volunteer network to support organizations with project scoping and grant proposal review.
  • We help connect organizations with partner organizations and external technical assistance providers when needed.
If you are interested in receiving the above-mentioned assistance, please fill out this survey, and someone from EPN will get back to you as soon as possible.
