This is the title we assign your event, so please create something unique! (Please avoid generic titles like "Baby Shower" or "Wedding", help us understand what your event is!)

Room Info, Rates & Packages
Rental times should include for your set up and wrap. We suggest a minimum of an hour before guests arrive for room set up and an hour after the event ends for clean up. Renters are expected to remove all items within the requested room time.

Wedding packages start at 8-hours, as typically these events need additional time for set up, including time for their vendors (caterers, DJ's florists, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: Rentals may require additional fees for staff, set up, cleaning, etc depending on their event needs. We will send you a full quote after receiving this form.
The Ballroom 
The total Ballroom capacity is 200 and can provide chairs to seat up to 148 guests. For weddings or events with seated dining, we suggest keeping your headcount under 130 guests for maximum space. 

Use of the Ballroom includes (upon request) use of our lighting, small PA system for music or speaking, and video projector, as well as up to 8 six-foot rectangular folding tables and 8 three-foot round cocktail tables.

We have a full bar in the Ballroom, and all beverage service for rentals is arranged through the venue.

Please note: the venue is not available for rental for ticketed or non-ticketed performance events for the general public. For artists, performers or organizations inquiring about performance opportunities at BAE please email hello@wearelaunchpad.org
The Gallery 
The Gallery is ideal for small gatherings, meetings, etc. under 40 people. 

Use of the Gallery includes (upon request) use of our small PA system for music or speaking, video projector, as well as up to 8 six-foot rectangular folding tables and 8 three-foot round cocktail tables.

Use of the Gallery does not automatically come with bar/beverage service. Please indicate on this form if you need bar service for your event.

Ballroom 
Approved non-profits can deduct $10 per hour from the listed rental cost. Approved Arts non-profits or groups can deduct $25 per hour from the listed rental cost.

Please note additional requested room time beyond your rental package is billed as: Gallery $50/hr, Ballroom (no Bar) $100/hr, Ballroom (with Bar) $125/hr, Ballroom (Wedding) $200/hr.

For Ballroom rentals, use of the Gallery for the same duration as your rental can be added for a flat fee of $100.

Please note: Your rental time begins when you want the venue to be unlocked and available for your use. You should leave yourself adequate setup and wrap time before and after your guests arrive. We typically do not allow access to the venue before 8AM, and after 1AM, but you can request special access times with the Rental Coordinator if they are required for your event.

Ticketed Events at BAE
Rental events at BAE that require ticketing for guests, is handled through the Bangor Arts Exchange box office. This includes all online and in-person ticket purchasing arranged in advance or on the day of your event. The cost for Box Office Support is $225 + a per ticket venue fee of $1.00 for each ticket sold (which is deducted from your final settlement). The cost includes set up for advanced ticketing + BAE staff time required to be on site to run the box office at the event.

Please note: Additional service fees for online purchases through our ticketing provider include 3.5% + $1.59 per sold ticket and a payment processing fee of 2.5% per order. These fees may be absorbed into your ticket price or "passed" on the consumer as an added fee beyond the base ticket price.
