As each Parry Beach wedding is a bespoke affair, we hold only a very limited number each year in our venue, using some of the best vendors in the industry. We have an approved list of caterers, please ask if you would like to use someone not on our list. Please be sure to allow for travel for vendors in your budget. We work together as a team with like minded vendors who provide the same level of service as we do. *

Is your event seated or cocktail style?  (please also indicate that you acknowledge all food is to be prepared by the catering team, including grazing tables and dessert tables). Our venue is suited to sit down and black tie cocktail events. We provide premium cutlery, crockery and glassware in your package, due to our pristine environment single use disposable plates, serving containers, pizza boxes and utensils are not to be used. Whilst we understand some couples may want items such as pizza, tacos etc at their event we request that these be served only as a soaker around 10pm and are not your main offering.   *
We will place the furniture for you however setting the tables is up to you to organise.    Please check with your caterers and stylist if setting the tables is included in their price.  Otherwise yourself and a few friends will need to organse this. *

We will provide a choice of  floor plans for the dining room, if you would like an alternative plan you or your event planner    ( if using one) will need to draw it and provide it to us at least 30 days prior to your wedding. *

We have worked hard to create a wedding space that provides almost everything you need for an amazing day. We provide a Venue Manager that is a great support for getting to know our venue and our guidelines. Our Venue Manager will be onsite for the weekend to ensure all things from a venue perspective are running smoothly. *

Access to the venue will be between 12pm -5pm the day prior to your wedding and from 8am - 1pm the day of your wedding.   *
